Colombia Ratified The Constitutional Reform Allows Creation Of A Special War Crimes Court

Colombian Senate ratified late Monday on constitutional reform which allows the creation of special courts for war crimes, which is one of the main items in the historic peace agreement with the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia guerrillas (FARC) to end five decades of war.
